Constructed from steel tubing and custom laser-cut parts, they are reinforced in high-stress areas. The quality of Lock-it side carriers has been repeatedly confirmed in specialist magazines.
The luggage racks can be installed and removed in seconds. Simply loosen the Lock-it screws with a quarter turn, and you can then pull the side panels back or to the side. For added security, you can optionally secure the luggage rack with our Lock-it screws.
All cases close using a quick-release fastener on the luggage rack. For this, you will need the aluminum adapters that are usually included with the side cases. The aluminum adapters screw onto the rear right and left sides of the luggage rack and allow you to attach the case locks.
