The KLIM Dakar Jacket is designed to conquer the most demanding dual-sport and off-road conditions across multiple seasons. Based on a proven design, this updated version improves airflow , freedom of movement , durability , and storage capacity , making it even more suitable for aggressive riding and light adventure travel.

When the temperature rises, the zippered, detachable sleeves allow you to transform the jacket into a highly ventilated layer. Its spacious pockets offer secure storage for essentials, while reinforced materials provide confidence both on technical trails and when transitioning from trail to road.

Outer Layer / Construction

• 630D CORDURA® reinforcements with twisted yarn on shoulders, elbows and high-wear areas , for greater abrasion resistance.

• Lightweight and highly durable 600D material on chest, hem and cuffs .

• Back panel and stretch zones made of breathable 500D stretch woven , offering excellent mobility .

• 3M™ Scotchlite™ Carbon Black reflective details, designed to enhance visibility.

• Detachable sleeves with closure , which can be stored in the back pocket.

• Designed to match the KLIM Dakar series off-road gear.

Protection System

• Compatible with D3O® CE Level 1 for back, shoulders and elbows; protectors can be added in the integrated pockets ( protectors not included ).

• Shoulder protection pockets remain functional even with detachable sleeves (no shoulder protection when sleeves are removed).

Ventilation

• 2 large, adjustable vents on the wrists , with double closure to regulate airflow.

• 2 vents in the biceps , which improve airflow in the upper arms.

• 2 vents in the sleeve openings , ideal when using the sleeves removed.

• 2 rear vents , designed to allow hot air to escape and maintain constant circulation.

• Adjustable neck tab that opens the chest area to increase airflow to the upper torso.

Pockets / Storage

• 1 large chest pocket , which also functions as ventilation.

• 1 bulky cargo pocket on the chest , ideal for quick access items.

• 2 bulky cargo pockets for your hands , with ample storage capacity.

• 1 bulky back pocket , designed to store the detached sleeves.
