The X-Frame Hybrid is a certified medical knee brace , equipped with a Hybrid ReaFlex knee cup with impact gel , designed to offer maximum protection, comfort, and freedom of movement. Made from injected carbon composite , it is the highest-level cage knee brace in the Leatt range , developed to reduce forces that cause serious knee injuries.

Its design incorporates asymmetrical hinges , with an internal hinge that is 40% thinner , significantly improving sensitivity and control over the motorcycle, and an external metal hinge with gears , ensuring precise movement and superior durability.

The numbered strap system allows for quick and consistent fitting. The low-profile shin plate fits snugly inside any boot, while the separate sleeve allows for an optimal fit with running pants and greater freedom of movement.
