To ensure proper functioning in national networks, it is necessary to Activate the IMEI, SIM card, and device . Failure to do so will disable the device for use on national networks 30 days after the SIM card is first inserted. It is recommended to activate the device as soon as possible to avoid service interruptions or blocking.

BMW Compatibility
If your motorcycle has BMW Navigation Preparation 5 or 6 ( Nav Prep 5/6) , the BMW quick-release module is required for proper installation. Consult the compatibility chart to verify features such as WonderWheel and native vehicle data reading.

In some countries, devices that use a SIM card (phones, trackers, or IoT devices ) must be registered with the national telecommunications authority. Failure to register may result in the network blocking the IMEI after an initial grace period.
Typical symptom:
The SIM works correctly at first and then suddenly stops (no 4G, "no service" or no data transmission).
Example:
In Chile, all cellular or IoT devices must be registered by IMEI with the Undersecretariat of Telecommunications (SUBTEL). Unregistered devices may be blocked on the network.
What should the user do?
Find the IMEI:
• On the device screen: Settings → About → Network → IMEI
Register the device:
• Provide the IMEI
• Brand: CHIGEE
• Model: AIO-6 LTE
• And any other information requested by the authority or operator
Wait for approval or propagation:
• The process can take anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the operator or authority.
Restart and check:
• Turn the device off and on.
• Review the APN settings if required by the operator
• Confirm that the data plan is active and that there is good signal at the location
