Authorization to leave the country + International insurance
Required for travel outside of Chile.

In case of cancellation by the client, the following retentions will be applied, calculated on the total value of the rental, according to the number of days prior to the start date of the service:

• Cancellations made between 120 and 90 days prior: 10% of the total rental value will be retained.
  
  
• Cancellations made between 89 and 31 days prior: 50% of the total rental value will be retained.
  
  
• Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance: 100% of the total rental value will be retained, with no refund being issued.

The cancellation date will be considered to be the date on which the request is received in writing.

Personal travel insurance (mandatory)
Each customer must have valid personal travel insurance that covers:

• Disease
  
• Accidents
  
• Medical expenses

• Important: The insurance included by Motoaventura only covers damages to third parties and does not cover the driver or the motorcycle.

Motorcycle warranty (mandatory)

At the time of motorcycle pickup, the customer must leave a security deposit of USD 5,000 per motorcycle, which will be made by pre-authorization on a credit card.

Warranty refund:

The warranty will be fully refunded once:

• The motorcycle will be returned to Osorno and checked in a workshop.
  
• No damage present.

In case of damage:

• If the repair cost is less than USD 5,000, that amount will be deducted from the deposit.
  
• If the repair cost is equal to or greater than USD 5,000, the maximum charge will be the total deposit.

Motorcycle damage insurance (optional):

This insurance replaces the security deposit with the payment of a deductible , which is made through pre-authorization with a credit card.

BMW R1250 GS / R1300 GS

• USD 35 daily

Other motorcycle models:

• USD 25 daily
  
• Deductible: USD 2,250
  

Deductible deposit refund
The deductible deposit will be fully refunded once:

• The motorcycle will be returned to Osorno and checked in a workshop.
