To book tours to Europe:

We request a prepayment of 25% of the total. The remaining amount must be paid 45 days before departure. Payment can be made with credit card, money transfer, or cash (exchange rate of that day). 

Clients must travel with a travelers’ health insurance.

Rental conditions and tour bookings:

• Driver must be 21 and over.
• We require a deposit of U$D2.250-U$D2.500 from your credit card. This will be released back to you at the end of the tour AFTER the motorcycle has been checked for damages.
• If the client chooses not to take the daily insurance, the deposit is $5.000.
• Valid drivers’ license national and international.
• Up to date passport. 
• In case of accident and/or misuse of the motorcycle, resulting in it not being able to continue the trip, the “rescue” of the motorcycle (expenses resulting of the recovery of the damaged motorcycle and bringing it back to Osorno) must be paid separately by the client and is it NOT covered by the deposit. 

Cancelation fees:

• 120-90 days before departure: 10% of total price.
• 89-30 days before departure: 50% of total price.
• 29 days or less: 100% of total price.
